Midnight Fire

A hardboiled platformer shooter with deep RPG elements. As Jody Mark the lone detective, you're humanity's last hope against an insidious alien terror organization pulling the strings of the criminal underworld.

Navigate a sprawling, atmospheric cityscape, gathering dialogue clues from your beleaguered commissioner and street-level contacts. But beware: suited-up gangsters and Tommy gun-wielding goons lurk around every corner, dispatched by the syndicate to halt your investigation.

As a prototype release, we are not looking into further development since this game was developed under a strict deadline with major complications. This prototype is a learning piece that was developed by a 4 member team over the span of 3 months.

The release bugs caught by the dev team go as follows:

- Respawning with no health

- Jiggly enemy movement between alternative movement anchors

- Syringe health refill making the health bar hearts switch or deplete in the wrong spots
